Refrigerated container 40 HCRF thanks to its dimensions which are: length 12192 mm, width 2438 mm, height 2896 mm allows you to fit inside as much as 23 Euro-pallets, packed with goods (mainly such that require specific thermal conditions). Its volume is almost 70m³, which gives us a large transport capacity, and a potential stationary cold storage. Such volume allows us to avoid exposing goods to atmospheric conditions during handling, which significantly reduces the shelf life of products.

Temperature control

The ability to regulate the temperature in the range of -30°C to 30°C allows us to transport deep-frozen products (vegetables, fruits) products that require low temperature (meat), products that require constant temperature (ripened cheese). Temperature control within such a wide range is guaranteed by the aggregate which, depending on the desired temperature, is connected to the power supply: 380V, 10kW, 32A. (Setting the desired temperature, requires the use of appropriate connections).

So we have constant access to temperature control in this way. Without our intervention, the temperature that the refrigerated container reaches is at a constant level.

Insulation

Insulation from the environment is provided by walls made of sandwich panels (insulation made of polyurethane foam). The floor is additionally made of aluminum gretting, which provides constant air circulation and helps control the degree of humidity (the floor of the container should not be tightly covered, as this prevents free circulation.

Use of refrigerated container as transportation

A refrigerated container allows us to transport goods such as, cheese, meat, medicines to the other side of the world. Refrigerated containers as a container for transporting these types of products provides us with transportation safety. We do not have to worry about temperature spikes that could endanger the products during transport.

Maintenance work consists of periodic defrosting of the refrigerated body and cleaning the condenser. Thus, the refrigerated container can serve as a cold room which, thanks to its dimensions, can accommodate many goods.

Using it will work well for meat plants (initially the role of warehouse-refrigerator, and then refrigerated-transporter). It will allow us to avoid more costs associated with renting a customized delivery truck.

In summary, the 40 HCRF refrigerated container will prove useful for transporting a wide variation of goods, thanks to its wide range of achievable temperatures. The sturdy construction and spacious dimensions allow the transport of goods up to almost 21 tons at a single loading, this type of solution avoids the fragmentation of goods into smaller batches, and if necessary, the container can be converted into a stationary cold storage, the volume of which will allow the convenient storage of many goods in one place.
