The specialized equipment at the subcontractor’s disposal is adapted to transport containers of all types. However, the most significant facilitation of transport are mobile HDS-type cranes that facilitate the loading of the container.
HDS cranes
Hydraulic cranes that move on a vertical or horizontal plane. They are usually mounted on an adapted vehicle chassis of the appropriate weight. They are used for stacking containers in a place of the customer’s choice, and allow it to be quickly placed at least on a trailer for transport.
Cranes of this type can safely stack and transport goods over long distances. It is the best alternative to transporting a container.

How are containers transported?
Container transportation is mainly carried out by road. There are two options for delivery, the first is delivery of the container to the specified address with unloading on the customer’s side, and the second, where the organization of delivery and unloading is on the supplier’s side. Seabox works only with proven and trusted carriers.
On what principle is the pricing of transportation services done?
The main criterion that is taken into account when pricing container delivery is the distance from the storage yard, whether the delivery is to take place with or without unloading, and what type of container is to be delivered. Already at the first contact you will receive information on the price of the container and a quote for its delivery.
It does not need transportation, is it possible to pick up the container in person?
The customer purchasing a container is not obliged to use the transportation service if he is able to arrange collection of the container on his own. In this case, the customer receives information about the address of container pick-up, container loading at our yards is carried out efficiently, and we do not charge additional fees for this.
